A mystery buyer hired a law firm to try and buy the rights to Kim Kardashian's sex tape, currently owned by Vivid Entertainment. So far, the buyer remains anonymous, but their lawyer says he or she "does not intend to distribute or broadcast the 'tape,' but hopes to completely remove it from the market." Additionally, the buyer wants to "purchase any other footage you may have control of that involves Ms. Kardashian," such as bloopers or outtakes. That of course raises the exciting and hilarious possibility that Vivid is sitting on a gag reel. Maybe they're saving it for a rainy day or special anniversary edition of the DVD. Kim Kardashian might not want to admit it, but she owes much of her success to that infamous sex tape with Ray J. After its release, she went from being the slutty daughter of that guy who got O.J. off to national fame and success. Steve Hirsch, the owner of Vivid, claims the tape is worth about $30 million. And considering that it's literally impossible to remove something from the internet, buying the rights to the tape seems entirely pointless. Nevertheless, the mystery buyer is determined to gain control of the notorious video. So who could it be? Here are our guesses: Kim Kardashian: has Kim finally raised enough money to buy the tape herself? She's always wanted to own the rights, and now that she and her new husband Kris Humphries are thinking about starting a family, maybe she wants to protect her kids from stumbling across it online one day. Kris Humphries: Does Kim's baller husband want to buy the tape as a wedding present for his new bride? Perhaps now that they're married they can afford the rights with their combined income. Ray J: Has Kim's ex finally discovered his conscience? Not likely, plus, TMZ points out that the lawyer's letter to Vivid never mentions Ray J, meaning the buyer's only looking out for Kim's interests. Ryan Seacrest: The American Idol host also produces Keeping up with the Kardashians and certainly has the money to purchase the tape. Who do you think wants to buy the tape? Justin Bieber's Ferrari bumps into Honda in parking garage - Los Angeles Times

Singer Justin Bieber may have caused a stir with the paparazzi when he was in a minor traffic accident in the San Fernando Valley on Tuesday, but authorities said there was so little damage that they didn't need to take a police report.

The crash occurred in the 10900 block of Bluffside Drive in Studio City at an underground parking lot around noon, LAPD officials said. It happened as he was pulling his black Ferrari out of a parking space and bumped a Honda Civic.

"No one was injured and there was no damage to either vehicle," the department said in a press release.

When police arrived, they found paparazzi at the scene.

Light lunch promotes weight loss - Stuff.co.nz

Losing weight could be as simple as eating a smaller serving at lunch alone, according to a new study.

Testing the behavioural response to the consumption of a low calorie lunch, researchers from Cornell University found that eating a small lunch does not necessarily mean more will be eaten at dinner.

The small study recruited 17 people whose food was provided to them from Monday through Friday over a five week period. For 10-days their lunch was restricted to a 250-calorie, portion controlled, commercially available meal - not a specialist diet replacement. They were instructed to eat as much as they wished at the other meals of the day.

At the end of this period, researchers found this group had not eaten more calories than usual in subsequent meals to compensate for the lower calorie lunch, nor did they report an increase in hunger prior to dinner. They had also lost a small amount of weight (500 grams at the end of the 10 days).

The findings will be published in the October edition of the journal Appetite.

"The results confirm that humans do not regulate energy intake with any precision," study co-author Professor David Levitsky said in an interview on the university's website.

But Sydney dietitian Susie Burrell says losing weight isn't that simple for many people. The study assessed people with an average BMI of 21.2, which is considered 'normal weight'. These people are better able to self-regulate their food intake than those who are overweight.

"At some point the overweight person has stopped self-regulating their food intake, they are eating much more than they need and hence their natural cues are not working properly," she says.

For those with weight issues, a 250-calorie can of soup, which was one of the foods available to study participants, would not be enough to provide that physical and emotional feeling of fullness at lunch time, resulting in them being hungry an hour or two later.

The key is to add bulk in the form of salad or vegetables to contribute to that feeling of fullness.

Burrell recommends a calorie intake for lunch of no more than 400 for an overweight woman.

"They key thing to calorie control is to make sure that the component of low-calorie food is there at meal time," she says.

The researchers noted that further investigation is warranted into the food-regulatory behaviour of this group.

Kim Kardashian's debut single failed to set the pop scene alight when it was first released in March.

But now a racy video for Jam (Turn it Up) has been leaked online.

The clip, which shows the reality TV star crawling around on all fours, was not meant for official release but has still found its way on to the internet.

The single, which Kim recorded last year and premiered on Ryan Seacrest's radio show failed to make the charts and was quickly forgotten.

However it seems that a video clip, perhaps filmed in case the single did actually do well, has now been leaked.

In the risqué clip newly-wed Kim puts her famous assets on display, writhing around in a pair of tiny pink booty shorts and a white tank top.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star, 30, appears to have been oiled up for the video displaying wet and wild hair as well as a shiny appearance to her skin.

In another part of the clip Kim vamps it up donning bright-red, ultra shiny lipstick and giant mirrored aviator sunglasses as she licks her lips for the camera and gazes sultrily into the lens. 

At one point the camera pans to a shot of Kim's famous derrière in a pair of neon pink shorts before showing her lying down in a revealing white top.

The video might cause some embarrassment for the star who decided not to release it after the song received a poor response.

'The song was for charity; it wasn't for her to have a recording deal,' sister Khloe Kardashian told MTV News back in May.

'[It was] something she just wanted to be for herself and for fun, so the video she made just for herself,' she said.

'It was never meant to be played publicly.'

However this is not the first time Kim has had to deal with the release of a humiliating video.

In 2007 a sex tape of her with then boyfriend Ray J was released.

However, according to U.S website TMZ, an unknown patron might be trying to take the tape, which is owned by adult film giant Vivid Entertainment, out of the market.

The website reports that a lawyer from Tennessee fired off a letter to the company saying their client is interested in purchasing all rights to the footage.

'The party we represent does not intend to distribute or broadcast the 'tape,' but hopes to completely remove it from the market,' the letter read.

The lawyer never identifies his client but makes a suggestion as to who could be behind it, saying: 'We would purchase any other footage you may have control of that involves Ms. Kardashian.'

But yesterday Kim appeared not to have a care in the world as she jetted out of LAX alongside sister Kourtney, 32, as the pair headed to New York to begin filming their reality show.

Kim and new husband Kris Humphries will spend their first months as a married couple living with her sister Kourtney and her family in a Manhattan hotel while the sisters film their spin-off series Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

Motorcycles, Bikini Contest, and BBQ are all on the Menu at This NJ Racetrack - The Star-Ledger - NJ.com (blog)

The closest many New Jerseyans come to seeing a motorcycle weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed is on the Garden State Parkway, on the way home from the Jersey Shore. This weekend, however, they can witness some of the greatest riders in the nation compete for the AMA Championship at New Jersey Motorsports Park. While they are there they can also take in a bikini contest, and feast on some incredible bbq food, and much more.

New Jersey Motorsports Park is the biggest racing facility in the Garden State, yet probably, the least well-known to the many NJ race fans who attend the various motorsports events presented every week by the short tracks and drag strips of the state. Sitting on 500 acres in Millville, New Jersey, the facility could most likely hold all the state's other tracks within it's confines. It features two world-class road courses, a premiere Karting facility, and has hosted events by race organizations such as ARCA, and Rolex Grand-Am Racing.

This weekend the 2.25 mile Thunderbolt Raceway will host the final, and deciding races for the AMA Pro Road Racing Championships. Four champions, in all, will be crowned this weekend. One each in AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike, AMA Daytona SportBike, and Motorcycle-Superstore.com Super Sport East, which will all run events on both Saturday and Sunday. The other being in the Vance & Hines XR1200 series, which will run only one main event on Sunday.

New Jersey Motorsports Park always gives the fans attending their events much more than just great racing, and this weekend is no exception. Two stunt shows, Hell on Wheels, and Tony's Stunts, featuring Tony Carbajal, will perform three shows each, both days at the facility. There will also be a fan walk for spectators on both days, which will be lead by several of the weekend's competitors, who will point out tricky spots and the best places to pass on the road course.

Saturday night will feature the AMA Pro weekend Clubhouse bbq from 6pm to 11pm, following the day of racing. There will be live music from the band "Fame and Fortune", drink specials, a beer pong tournament, and both an umbrella girl contest, and bikini contest, to go along with the great food. Admission to this part of the event is included in the cost of admission for Saturday.

So this weekend if you're looking for speeding motorcycles, bikinis, and some great bbq, all without getting some sand in your shorts, set your GPS to New Jersey Motorsports Park, rather than the Jersey Shore. Afterall, wouldn't it be better to see some professionals be crowned champion, than hundreds of Snooki look-alikes annoying you on the boardwalk.

Colombiana is equal parts stupid and sexy - Straight.com

Starring Zoe Saldana, Cliff Curtis, and Michael Vartan. Rated PG.

The makers of grimy, nonsensical thriller Colombiana were super-thoughtful toward moviegoers of both sexes. For chicks thinking of becoming revenge-killers—and why not?—always remember to wear your black catsuit minus your bra so as to accentuate your nipples while you're working. You may also want to consider the tiny-underwear-only option because it's just so adorable with heavy weaponry. And guys, you can watch slinky Zoe Saldana and her petite breasts demo-ing these strategies for stylish yet sensible wet work.

French writer-producer Luc Besson and director Olivier Megaton seemingly went to a megaton of trouble to create their nutso story filled with guns, explosions, clichés, and faux-Colombian bad guys that remind you a bit of the wacky Cubans in Scarface, except dull. And serious props for making the usually effervescent, intelligent Zoe Saldana almost boring as badass heroine Cataleya.

Years before she turns one-woman whacking machine, the parents of young Cataleya (Amandla Stenberg) get rubbed out in Bogotá by gangster types, thus giving grown-up Cataleya a reason to get up in the morning and put on her catsuit. Oh, there's a cool parkour-style chase through the Bogotá slums—was that really cute little Stenberg jumping onto those rooftops or a wee creepy man in a schoolgirl uniform?

Contract-killing for her American uncle Emilio (Cliff Curtis, good even in bad films), Cateleya likes doodling in lipstick on her victims' chests to bait her parents' murderers. Um, those guys aren't that hard to find, girl! As for her artist fuck buddy (Michael Vartan), the FBI, and the CIA, wow, excellent investigating, dumb guys! Everything Cataleya does is wholly impossible, but there's a fight using bath towels and toothbrushes that's like Jason Bourne killing that dude with that book. There are no books in Colombiana, but there's no way anybody in this movie can read anyway.

The truth is, I can be a dark guy like any other, but I love humor, and I love goofing off, and I love being silly, and playing a character that's constantly burdened for years, it can be a little depressing after a while. To play a character who has absolutely no conscience, that literally felt like taking a load off my shoulders."

How will we get our Stefan back? That's a good question. "There's gonna be a lot of killing. As far as Stefan is concerned, he can never go back to his old life. Imagine Stefan sitting in high school. Apart from the fact that I just look weird sitting in high school," he laughs, "he's murdered all these people. What do you think, we're just gonna go hang out now? As far as he's concerned, he's moved on. He's past it all."

Did Justin Bieber Purposely Forget to Thank Selena Gomez in VMA Speech? - Gather Celebs News Channel

Justin Bieber did not thank Selena Gomez in his MTV Video Music Awards acceptance speech. Predictably, rumors are already beginning to make their way around the web about whether or not his omission was deliberate. Did JB diss his girlfriend?

"I just want to say thank you so much," Justin Bieber effused as he clutched his award for Best Male Video. "Not only to God, but to Jesus. Because I wouldn't be here without Him. He's really blessed me. He's put me in this position, so I want to say thank you so much. Also, I want to say thank you to all the other nominees. They were amazing. I'm a true fan of all of them, so I want to share this award with all of them. You guys are amazing!"

Very nice. But why no mention of his light of love, Selena Gomez? Especially after she "gave him a kiss on-camera and a standing ovation as he took the stage to accept his award." Was he paying her back in kind for the times she neglected to thank him at various high points in her career? Or are the "trouble in Paradise" rumors that follow Jelena like a plague of locusts true? Seriously, would it have hurt JB to squeeze Selena's name in between God and his fellow artists? Even adding her on at the end of his speech would have been OK.

Relax, everybody. Justin Bieber has already been taken to task by some observant beliebers because he also forgot to thank his fans. And he's already Tweeted them an apology. In the Biebs' own words, he just "blanked out up there," and he "forgot a lot of things in the moment." Yes, that happens--even to world-class super stars. And least the fan sites get their panties in yet another twist, the answer to their next complaint/question is: No. He has not tweeted Selena an apology so far. Possibly because she understands the kind of pressure under which he constantly functions, and she hasn't complained. And also perhaps because his apologies to her will be far more private and more intimate than anything that can be posted on Twitter.

"The wine and champagne list was really out of the ordinary – even for our standards," a catering source told People. "Exclusive French wines were flown especially in."

22-year-old Ecclestone's gown was a custom Vera Wang creation coming in at a cool $130,000, and guests rocked out to Andrea Bocelli, Eric Clapton and the Black Eyed Peas at the reception, which also featured fireworks and an acrobatics show.

Recently she shot a series of stunning bikini shots for Agua Bendita's 2012 swimwear collection.

The model also revealed that she studies all her modelling photographs to ensure she strikes the sexiest pose.

'I've learned how to do this,' she recently told GQ magazine.

'I study all of my pictures. Which turn of the hip is sexier, which toe to curl or leg to straighten. I know every bone.'

Bar told the men's magazine that she enjoyed modelling from her early teenage days.

'One of my first memories was asking my mother every day when my next shoot was going to be,' she said. 'I'd skip school to do it. I loved nothing more than being in front of the camera. I didn't want it to stop.'

While the beauty shines and shows off her toned curves in all their glory for her bikini shots, Bar said recently she doesn't 'go crazy' to maintain her figure.

She said: 'I don't feel the need to be super skinny, but being in shape is important. But even if I wasn't in this industry I would still want to look after myself and be healthy and keep my body in good condition.

'I always want to look my best on a shoot, or for a fashion show, so I do an extra couple of sit-ups the night before and I drink hot water with lemon to get my metabolism kick-started in the morning and to cleanse my system, but I don't do anything crazy."

There's nothing worse than forcing yourself to spend hours in the gym when you don't enjoy it, so I do all sorts of things to work out because I get bored easily.'

The star split from former boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio back in May this year.

She has since been spotted spending time with a rumoured new boyfriend, businessman David Fisher.

For the next two weeks, the first group was asked to have the portion controlled foods such as Campbell's Soup as their lunch, while the other group allowed continuing to eat anything they want. In the last two weeks, the second group also followed the portion controlled diet as the first group did.

After analyzing the results, the scientists have confirmed that people who had portion controlled foods have lost 1.1 pounds on average. They also said they could lose at least 25 pounds a year if they continue eating portion controlled lunches.

This study says weight is not all about controlling the appetite or suppressing the food intake, but about taking in fewer calories through a controlled diet.

Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga Videos Pulled From YouTube - WebProNews

If you're browsing the Twittersphere right now, you might notice that the trending topics list is saturated with pop music references. Many TTs are due to last night's MTV Video Music Awards, but some are there thanks to the work of one iLCreation.

Music videos from the likes of Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and more are officially down on YouTube right now.

First, and most importantly to the tweens on Twitter, is the outage of the Justin Bieber VEVO channel. All of his videos have been removed based on a copyright claim from iLCreative (as you can see from the lead image).

Other casualties of iLCreative's rampage? Rhianna. Her video for "What's My Name?" currently bears the same takedown notice. Users on Twitter are also reporting missing videos from Bruno Mars, Beyonce, and Miley Cyrus.

Twitter's little monsters are also enraged that Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" video has disappeared. There's no takedown notice, it is simply gone. When you search for it on YouTube, the only results you get are a live version and a behind-the-scenes"making of the video" clip. Miley Cyrus' "Party In The USA" has also suffered the same fate.

Who is this iLCreation? Besides being the most hated person on Twitter right now, the only trace on YouTube that I can find is a channel seemingly devoted to cricket videos.

There's also a brand new Facebook page called iLCreation that may or may not actually come from those behind the video takedowns. Under the info, under "mission," it reads DELETE CHANNEL JUSTINBIEBERVEVO OFFICIAL OF YOUTUBE! WE FINALLY UP!

The Twitter outrage is amusing, to say the least.

Whoever is behind this – the pop music terrorist, wreaking havoc on the millions and millions of Bieber fanatics – deserves our deepest gratitude derision!

When Hurricane Kim — Kardashian — and her new hubby Kris Humphries hit the city this week, Zone A will be Bowery and Grand St. Media mogul Jason Binn and event designer Colin Cowie will welcome the newlyweds to N.Y.C. with a party at Capitale there on Wednesday night. Although the Beaux Arts landmark has been used for weddings, a spokeswoman for the soiree insists the event won't be an I-do-over. Nonetheless, Cowie says he plans to create a "magical evening" for the couple. He'll have some help from the late Stanford White, who designed the striking space — a former Bowery Savings Bank — in 1839.

Italians offended by DSK likeness

J'accuse! The chairman of the Italic Institute of America is not happy with "Law & Order: SVU" producers' decision to depict a character based on Dominique Strauss-Kahn as an Italian. Rosario Iaconis, who describes the institute as a "think tank devoted to the continuity of Italian culture," tells us that "SVU" creator and producer Dick Wolf "slanders Italy" by "transmuting" DSK, "the frisky French pol accused of sexual assault" into a "lascivious" — and, we predict, Berlusconi-esque—Italian dignitary played by actor Franco Nero for an upcoming episode.

Instead of "recycling hoary stereotypes," Iaconis says producers could have based their "DSK doppelganger" on a number of scandal-scarred public figures including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Eliot Spitzer, John Edwards or Moshe Katsav, the former Israeli president who is serving seven years in prison for rape.

A spokesman for the show said he was unable to comment by deadline, but noted that the program is fictional.

Laughing at Irene

Thanks to Irene, the audience at Friday night's performance of "Anything Goes" found new humor in an old line. A Broadway insider tells us the crowd that caught the Roundabout Theatre Company's production of the Cole Porter musical got a kick out of an exchange between the musical's ocean-liner captain (Walter Charles), and his purser (Robert Creighton) in Act One.

"Captain, Captain — a catastrophe! We may have to delay the sailing!" Creighton said.

"What is it? Icebergs? A hurricane?" Charles replied. The line is delivered in every show, but, for obvious reasons, it got "a big laugh" on Friday night.

We dare Charles to throw in "earthquake," when "Anything" returns to the Stephen Sondheim Theatre Tuesday.

Fabulous, simply fabulous

Rudolf Piper still loves New York from afar. Although he lives in Sao Paolo, the nightlife impresario behind such storied N.Y.C. clubs as Danceteria, Mars, Tunnel and Palladium is lending his expertise to a new Brazilian restaurant that will open on Ninth Ave. in Hell's Kitchen next month. Piper claims "Brazilian food abroad is lousy" and that New York "finally needs a fancy, fitting venue."

A lover of f-words, Piper adds that the restaurant, which is called Brasilina, will fulfill his three-point maxim for a "fabulous" restaurant: "fabulous food, fabulous decor and fabulous people." We're told that last ingredient will be supplied by the restaurant's co-owners, fashionista Silvanei Silveira, her son Daniel Bull and daughter, chef Mariana Bull. Okay, enough with the "fabulous" usage. We're having an '80s flashback here.

Serena stays in on Saturday

Serena Williams likes her weekends to rock. As preparations for Hurricane Irene left Manhattan eerily empty of humans and cars, the tennis star tweeted, "Never seen NY like this [on] a Sat. night." We agree.
Maybe Williams should have looked up Zachary Quinto. The actor who played young Spock in the latest "Star Trek" film was left stranded in N.Y.C. after the city's airports were shut down in preparation for the storm, but he found a silver lining. "Now I get to have a storm watching party in my hotel room," he tweeted — "kind of excited about that..."

Several celebrities, including Katy Perry and Justin Bieber, used their acceptance speeches to not only thank producers and fans, but also God, on national television.

Upon receiving Best Collaboration for their sci-fi-inspired video, "E.T.," Kanye West and Katy Perry showed their gratitude to God on stage.

"Thank you to God," said West, when Perry chimed in "Yes, God!" in agreement.

West continued, "[and to] Katy Perry for being so brave to let me back on the record," only moments after he had performed "Otis" alongside Jay-Z.

"I just want to say thank you so much, not only to God but to Jesus," said 17-year-old Justin Bieber after receiving the award for Best Male Video for his song "You Smile."

"Because I wouldn't be here without Him," continued Bieber. "He's really blessed me. He's put me in this position. So I want to say thank you so much."

Bieber is well-known for his faith, and has mentioned his love for God publicly on numerous occasions.

Winner of Best Hip-Hop Video, Nicki Minaj took the stage screaming, "Oh my God!" Then, her first thanks during her acceptance speech went to God, "I want to thank God, I want to thank my family…" and the pink-haired artist proceeded to name individuals that helped with her music video for the hit song "Super Bass."

Many Hollywood stars have deep roots in Christianity, and Katy Perry, raised in a strict evangelical home with both parents pastors, has stated that she "didn't have a childhood."

Perry told MTV News following the VMA's that her parents did not permit her to view the awards show. "I remember growing up seeing craziness ensued with the VMAs. I wasn't allowed to see it, but I done watched it!" said Perry.

On her Twitter account Sunday, following the awards show, Perry wrote, "Well… Didn't WE have a night to remember?! Thanks for making me feel the love tonight. CHEERS to us!"

She spent the evening celebrating her VMA wins with her husband, comedian Russell Brand.

Justin Bieber 'all over' Selena Gomez at VMAs - Digital Spy

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have gone more public than ever with their relationship.

The teenage couple, who were very private about their relationship when they were first romantically linked earlier this year, were more tactile than normal as Gomez interviewed her boyfriend at the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show last night.

Gomez questioned Bieber on his outfit as he first arrived at the event, laughing when he said that his accessory of choice was a pet snake named Johnson.

She then said: "You're up for 'Best Male Video'. I want to know - you're up against Eminem and Bruno Mars, do you feel a little nervous at all?"

Bieber responded: "You know, I'm just excited to be in the category with such amazing people. I'm just happy to be here."

Gomez continued: "Rumored to be performing is Jay-Z and Kanye [West], and I know you like them both. Are you excited to see them perform?"

Bieber replied: "Very excited. I heard that it was kind of a last minute thing, but I'm really excited."

As Gomez said goodbye to her boyfriend, he leaned over and gave her a kiss, to which she responded by saying: "Thank you for hanging out, babe."

As Bieber accepted the prize for 'Best Male Video' at the awards ceremony, he hugged Gomez on stage.

Just eight months after giving birth to her first child, Ali Larter has bounced back into superhero form.

The 35-year-old actress put her bikini body on display as she left a friends house in Brentwood, California, yesterday after an afternoon in the sun.

The Heroes star flashed her long lean limbs in a vibrant red bikini, clearly visible underneath a see-through shirt as she made the dash back to her car.

Ali, who named her son Theodore, made the mistake of attempting to make the short journey in bare feet.

But after just a few steps on the searing hot tarmac she realized her mistake and began to jog towards her car before launching into a full blown run in an attempt to ease her sore soles.

Ali recently revealed that she managed to get back into amazing shape using pilates and yoga but admitted it was hard to find the time.

She said: 'From the morning through night, I just wear my workout clothes so that if I can grab a half an hour here or there then I'm ready to go.

Hot to trot: The actress began by walking but soon realized how hot the ground was and jogged her way to the car

'For a lot of new moms, they don't have someone to watch the baby, so you put him in a stroller and you just go.

'You can walk for an hour or two hours. It gives the baby a nap. The fresh air is so important. Get yourself outside, get yourself in nature when you can.'

Ali recently old OK magazine that becoming a new mother was 'humbling'.

The more muscle you have, the more you can eat and still look great.
3. Cell Health/Fat = Stored Energy
   Your body's cell membranes are made up of lipids so fat is very important to every function in your body at a molecular level. Fat may also be used for energy, if it is deprived of carbohydrates. However, if you aren't consuming healthy fats daily, your body will create fat stores from the food that you are eating. Other macro-nutrients can be converted to fat if necessary and there is no limit to the amount of fat that can be stored. This is why even on a low-fat diet, you can still gain weight. Be sure to eat nuts, nut butter, or some form of essential fatty acid supplement like flax oil to get your daily intake of healthy unsaturated fats. This way your body will learn that it doesn't need huge stores of fat anymore and use store just what it needs for optimal performance.

But the photos reveal Rimes to be so shockingly thin that they cause alarm more than laughter.

The DailyMailOnline.com reports -- with a slew of photos -- that country singer and actress Rimes spent much of last weekend romping on a Malibu beach with husband Eddie Cibrian, his son Mason and their friends. She celebrated her 29the birthday on Sunday.

Her attire: a lineup of skimpy swimsuits, captured in the DailyMailOnline.com's feature, including one disturbing shot where Rimes, walking on the beach in a red bikini with her tongue sticking out, comes off as far less beach bunny and more like someone being profiled in a documentary on eating disorders.

The star has been fighting off rumors that she has weight and body image issues for months, since photos of her increasingly slimmer body started popping up in various magazines and on Websites last spring.
